Welcome folks to my WWE Raw Supershow Review. Last weeks have been pretty tight for me and the WWE. I’ve been experiencing some pain in my neck and when i reported to the doctors they said i have a hairline fracture in my neck, i think this might have happened when i jumped from a ladder onto my bed impersonating Justin Gabriel’s 450 Splash and landed quiet badly on my neck making it a Swanton Bomb gone wrong move. It’s also been a tight week for the WWE because at No Way Out we saw Sheamus retain the WHC and Punk retaining the WWE Championship and also Layla retaining her Divas Championship and to add the cherry on top of the cake, John Cena won against the Big Show and Johnny Ace was FIREEED…… With that being said let’s start reviewing Monday Night Raw Supershow.
Mick Foley Segment.
Justin Roberts announced Mick Foley as Long Island’s own and the crowd popped up, it was a decent pop not so big and not so loud, he went in the ring and the fans started Chanting “Foley” he thanked the fans. When he walked the ramp and entered the ring the first thought that came to my mind was that maybe the he’s now the permanent GM of Raw and Smackdown, but that wasn’t true, he said that last night he got a call from the WWE board of directors and as a result of this Mrs. Foley’s baby boy (Mick) is going to host this weeks both Raw and Smackdown. The crowd popped up again, he announced a tag team match of Kane & Daniel Bryan Vs. Sheamus & CM Punk. He also mentioned that Johnny Ace was fired at No Way Out and he was given one last opportunity to come on Raw and give his Farewell speech. Crowd booed heavily for him and his shitty people power music hits the speakers and he comes out with a neck brace and a fractured arm and whatnot. Gosh, he looks more fucked up than i do right now! When climbed the steel steps, mick foley helped him come inside the ring and a huge chant broke out of “You’re Fired”. Mick foley hugged Ace and Ace was seen suffering in pain. He did the same on the mic that he usually does, “My name is mr. John laurinaitis” he told the crowd to sit down and another huge chant broke out screaming “You Suck!” he repeats his name again and the crowd boos him more. Wow, this guy gets more heat than Vickie Guerrero. Then ace told Mick to tell the people to show some respect and to keep the voice down, the crowd booed more! Foley started pulling aces leg saying “you want me to say that Long Island Sucks?” Another “You Suck” chant broke out and Ace told the people to shut up. He said that the fans in LI are extremely rude and Ace said that he will give his farewell address later on tonight. He said before he was fired at No Way Out, he made the main event of Raw with John Cena in a handicap match against Big Show, David Otunga and himself, he also said that this is parting gift to the WWE universe and also to John Cena. He called Mick foley and taunted him saying, “Have a Nice Day!”. Ace went out of the Ring and was heading towards the Ramp when Sheamus music hits and he comes out and does his usual thing hitting his chest and all, Sheamus and big johnny have a little bit of stare down and then Sheamus heads towards the ring and hugs mick foley. CM Punks music hits and Johnny looks sad again and they both look at each other and Punk tells him to get out! Michael cole hypes CM Punk’s appearance at The Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on NBC. Punk looks pretty happy! The whole 13 minute segment was pretty good and i enjoyed each and every moment of it and specially the heat that ace recieved from the LI crowd.

CM Punk & Sheamus Vs. Daniel Bryan & Kane
Punk and Sheamus were waiting for their opponents and Kane’s pyro hits and he comes down the ramp, his entrance was pretty creepy. Bryan comes out and he does his usual Yes! thing and the crowd follows him. The match starts with Bryan and Sheamus facing each other and a huge Yes! chant break out, The match starts pretty quicly with Sheamus getting much more offense and the pace of the match was going pretty good, Sheamus makes a tag to punk and punk comes starts working on bryan, Cole tells the king that Punk has been champion for more than 210 days, 211 to be exact. Damn! i thought he was champ for more than 217 days.:( getting back in the match, Bryan catches punk leg and kicks punk in the groin area and starts kicking his chest, bryan tags kane in and he starts working on punk, something tells me that AJ Lee is going to interrupt this match too. later on the match punk attempts a suicide dive on Daniel bryan who’s on the mat and punk goes to the op rope on kane but kane goes for an upper cut and punk is down. Coming back from commercial Kane has a sleeper hold on Punk but punk tries to reverse it onto a GTS but kane counters it and Punk ends up giving kane a Muay Thai kick and both are down. pretty much back and forth action from both competitors. Punk tags in Sheamus and sheamus goes for the top rope and takes out Kane and also punches bryan. Sheamus kicks kane and the impact was real strong and the crowd did a “OOOOH” for it. Sheamus powerslams Kane and goes for a pin attempt but kane kicks out at 2. Sheamus does and Irish Curse back breaker on kane and gives bryan the chest bumps on the ropes. Sheamus tries the White Noise on kane but he’s too heavy and kane takes sheamus out of the ring. The crowd is still alive in the match and it looks like they’re enjoying it! Some double team effort by bryan and kane. Bryan dominates Sheamus for some time. bryan tags kane and he goes to the top rope to deliver a clothesline. After some offense from Daniel Bryan Sheamus makes a hot tag to Punk and punk starts working on bryan and after some counter offense bryan gets the knee on the face. Punk goes to the top rope and wants to go for the elbow but bryan gives the superplex from the top rope to Punk. AJ Lee’s music hits and she comes down running on the ramp like a little girl and Holy Shit! she’s wearing a Kane mask, I expected her to interrupt but i didn’t expect her to do this, this is creepy and hilarious. Kane is shocked and he goes behind her and bryan screams from the ring, ” Don’t Tap that it’s a small ass!” No, all kidding aside he screams, “Where are you going?” and Punk tags Sheamus and gives Bryan a little GTS and Sheamus comes in from the other side and delivers a Brogue Kick to Bryan and Sheamus covers and Bam! Sheamus and Punk Win!!!! Yay…. the crowd goes crazy, nice pop from them, the match was pretty amazing and what a way to kickoff monday night Raw’s first match, i expected this match to impress me and all 4 of them and AJ lee duly delivered.

They show a graphic of Triple H and Brock Lenar, Will Lesnar Accept Hunter’s challenge and fight him at SummerSlam? It’s tonight, Wow, everything seems great in this episode except Cena vs. BS, Otunga and Ace, we have already seen the match and they were dark matches when Raw was finished. Goddammit WWE! don’t ruin this Fucking great episode of Monday night raw with cena’s shit all over the WWE ring.
Dolph Ziggler Vs. Jack Swagger Feat. Vickie Guerrero.
I think with Ziggler being in it, this is gonna be good! The match starts and there’s “Let’s go Ziggler” chant Jack Swagger being the technically gifted wrestler that he is starts by putting down Ziggler and onto another tackle from Swagger Ziggler falls and might injured his knee. and then Swagger favors his knee for some time, Wow, the way he’s twisting the knee it looked like it was hurting Ziggler Legitimately. Ziggler tries to put up some offense but Swagger counters it and turns it into an Ankle Lock. I think they’re trying to turn Ziggler a face, because the way Swagger’s twisting the Ankle it looks like he’s gonna break it. Ziggler reverses the Ankle Lock and Swagger runs into the turnbuckle and Ziggler puts a Zig Zag to go for the pin and wins the match, the match was pretty shot lasting not more than 3-4 minutes what they did in this time matter more. The twisting of knee and the Ankle Lock seemed pretty Legit, so it was a decent match.

A Black Limousine arrives and it looks like there’s Lesnar and Heyman in it. we will find out more tonight the show! Jerry Lawler talks about his memorable Raw moments. He tells that his fav. moment was McMahon getting beat up by Steve Austin in the Hospital. Hilarious stuff!
Brock Lesnar and Paul heyman segment.
Brock Lesnar’s music hits and paul heyman walks out and i always loved the way he walked, he looked like some corporate asshole wanting to kick your ass. I’m a paul Heyman guy, so this segment directly gets a 5.5 rating. Paul enters the ring grabs a mic and small “ECW” chant breaks out, “Ladies & Gentleman, my name is Paul Heyman” and the crowd goes golden. He says NO in everything and was about to walk out but Triple H’s music pops up and crowd goes nuts like a mother flipper. Triple H sarcastically refers to heyman that he is not working for the ECW, and tells him that he is a lie. he tells heyman that lesnar will be the face of SummerSlam showing the poster of SummerSlam. Hunter says that he can get anything he wants if he agrees to be a man and steps up and fights him. He says that if he doesn’t then he’s scared of Triple H . Heyman says Triple H to stop acting like he’s the king of the Kings because he’s not, Heyman also says that he knows everything Hunter’s gonna do, he sees everything from a mile away. Hunter punches him in the throat and said, “did you see this coming?” and hunter walks out. The referees come to the ring and help paul wake up. What a segment it is, this is by far the best segment in raw after a very long time. Paul heymans mic skills is just out of the world. We have to wait and see for Brock Lesnar’s answer in the coming monday nights.

Santino Marella Vs. Alberto Del Rio Feat. Ricardo Rodriguez.
Alberto Del Rio started the match with kicks and punches and during the whole match Santino got little to no offense, at the end ADR put in a cross arm breaker and Santino tapped out in a second, at the End Ricardo attacked Santino and it was all over. A mediocre match to be exact, the match was booked in a way to make it look like ADR was frustrated and wanted a title opportunity.

Cyndi Lauper Appearance at Monday Night Raw.
So, Layla introduces Cyndi and Wendy, they both come into the ring and and Heath Slater interrupts them, trash talks with them and tells the three broads to step aside cause the one man band is gonna sing his first single, he starts singing and suddenly Roddy Piper’s music hits and he comes out and the crowd goes nuts. he comes into the ring and Layla steals a kiss from him. he greets wendy and cyndi and jokes around. “When Girls wanna have fun, they call Hot Rod”. I thought it was Ric Flair. Micheal cole was laughing ass off all the time, when there are Hall of Famers in the ring talking, you need to shut up. Roddy brought a potrait fro Cyndi and a huge “Roddy” chant broke out. Slater sings again, piper pokes him in theye and Cyndi smashes the gold on slaters head. Bam! it’s over. The segment was quiet boring actually but with respect to the Hall of Famers i will give it 3. Slater was bleeding so i’ll go for 3.5!

The Prime Time Playas Vs. Primo And Epico Feat. AW and Rosa Mendes.
Just a time pass match, weakly booked and they didn’t even wrestled properly. Match was finished in 3 minutes. The Prime Time Playas got themselves counted out. This was nothing but bullshit!

John Cena Vs. Big Show & David Otunga & Big Johnny.
Chris Jericho Returns to Monday Night Raw. Big Johnny cuts a promo in the ring, he said that John Cena cheated and he told what happened to him at No Way Out. he said that everyone’s a loser, the fans are the loser, the viewers watching on TV is a loser. Just start the match already you sons of bitches. He also said that he will be inducted in Hall of Fame soon. David Otunga comes down the ramp and Big Show also follows him. Big Show takes the mic, thanks johnny for a contract, the bonus and he walked out saying that he doesn’t see a way he can compete in this match. John Cena enters with a huge pop, starts the match with David otunga. Cena got the first offense on otunga and otunga tried to tag Johnny but Johnny pussied out, finally otunga got to rough up cena for sometime and otunga made the tag to Johnny . Johnny came and tried to pin Cena but cena kicked out and Johnny wanted to tag otunga and otunga walked out too. Johnny is fucked, Cena gives 3 AA to Johnny and an STF to close the show. This match had nothing, it was just shit. I’ll give the rating just because Johnny took 3 AA.

The opening of the show was brilliant with an awesome match, the segments were pretty good. But, the ending was just shit. One of the major problem was that they were in LI and there was no sign of Zack Ryder. Overall the show was not so good and not so bad, how about a 50/50?

Decent review with some grammatical errors here and there, what i wanna know is, why wasnt Kofi Kingston Zack Ryder Lord Tensai, Sin Cara….the half of the roster was not used by the WWE and also no Vader. it was a good episode but they need to use the superstars now. #Bestintheworld
True there were just 7-8 superstars used at Raw.
the best moment was when big show walked out of the match and do you know what happened after raw went off the air?
I found out from a website what went down after Raw went off air. here’s what: John cena called Zack ryder out and ryder gave a broski kick and then hhh came out and gave big johnny a pedigree and then Vince McMahon came out and gave johnny a low blow.
